Who we are

The HotelBoost Guest Concierge (the “Concierge”) is an automated chat assistant that answers travel questions about the Sunny Beach and Nesebar region of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is operated by Bona Hereditas EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (registration/ЕИК 208755152), zh.k. Mladost 56, ent. 1, fl. 2, 8230 Nesebar, Bulgaria. This policy explains what personal data the Concierge collects when you message it on Facebook Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp, and how we use it.

What data we collect

When you send a message to the Concierge, we receive and process:

• Your messaging-platform user ID — a pseudonymous identifier assigned by Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp (for example a Messenger Page-Scoped ID). It is not your name and cannot, by itself, identify you outside that platform.
• The content of the messages you send and the replies the Concierge sends back, together with their timestamps.

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details or location — unless you choose to type such information into a message yourself. Please do not send sensitive personal or payment information to the Concierge.

How we use your data

• To understand your question and generate a helpful, relevant reply.
• To keep a few minutes of short-term conversation context, so follow-up questions (“and for kids?”) make sense.
• To understand which questions guests commonly ask, so we can keep the Concierge’s knowledge accurate and useful.

The Concierge answers only from a curated regional knowledge base. It does not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share it with (service providers)

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the Concierge. They process data on our behalf:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) and Rakuten Viber — the messaging channels that deliver your messages to us and our replies to you.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini models) — processes the text of your message to generate a reply. Under Google Cloud’s terms, this data is not used to train Google’s models.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Neon — the database where conversation logs are stored.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis (GDPR)

As an EU-based operator we rely on our legitimate interest in providing and improving a free traveller information service, and on your consent, which you give by choosing to message the Concierge. You can withdraw at any time by stopping messaging it and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your data (below).

How long we keep it

We keep conversation logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so promptly (see below).

Your rights & how to delete your data

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

To request deletion of your Concierge data, email mitko592@gmail.com from, or mentioning, the platform you used, and we will delete your messages and identifier. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

The Concierge is a general travel-information service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to conversation logs is restricted. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available at this page.
